Matthew J. Weaver, PMP, CSMITIL

Man­ag­ing Partner

Matthew Weaver leads the com­pany he founded in 2001.  Its prod­ucts and ser­vices reflect his 30-​​plus years of IT and tech­ni­cal, project, ser­vice, and gen­eral busi­ness man­age­ment expe­ri­ence at lead­ing com­mer­cial, gov­ern­ment, and non-​​profit orga­ni­za­tions.  Matthew is also an expe­ri­enced speaker, sem­i­nar and work­shop leader, instruc­tor, and coach.

A grad­u­ate of Cal­i­for­nia State Uni­ver­sity, Fuller­ton, Matthew also pur­sued grad­u­ate study at Amer­i­can Uni­ver­sity.  He is a vet­eran of the U.S. Navy where he trained as an Elec­tron­ics Tech­ni­cian and Nuclear Reac­tor Operator.

Matthew holds Project Man­age­ment Pro­fes­sional (PMP), Cer­ti­fied Scrum­Mas­ter (CSM), and ITIL V3 cer­ti­fi­ca­tions.  MCTS (Microsoft Project 2010), Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, ISO/​IEC 20000, and ISO/​IEC 27002 cer­ti­fi­ca­tions are pending.

Brian Hor­lacher

Direc­tor of Busi­ness Development

Brian Hor­lacher leads busi­ness devel­op­ment and strate­gic alliance activ­i­ties for Amer­i­can Project Man­age­ment.  He brings over 20 years of tech­nol­ogy sales, sup­port, and con­sult­ing expe­ri­ence from his career at IBM Cor­po­ra­tion, which also includes com­pet­i­tive analy­sis, sys­tem archi­tec­ture, hardware/​software devel­op­ment, and sys­tems engi­neer­ing dis­ci­plines.  Brian’s pro­fes­sional inter­est areas include enter­prise archi­tec­ture, busi­ness process and per­for­mance man­age­ment (tools & method­olo­gies), busi­ness ana­lyt­ics, cloud com­put­ing, and enter­prise mashup technologies.

Brian holds a Bach­e­lors’ Degree in Com­puter and Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing from Pur­due Uni­ver­sity, as well as a Elec­tri­cal Engi­neer­ing Mas­ters’ from Johns Hop­kins Uni­ver­sity Applied Physics Laboratory.

Brian lives in North­ern Vir­ginia with his wife, enjoy­ing enjoys golf, ten­nis, and var­i­ous par­ent activ­i­ties sup­port­ing 2 teenage daughters.

4.  Accord­ing to the City of Los Ange­les, the com­pany is listed as DDGLA* Amer­i­can Project Man­age­ment, LLC at 645 W 9th Street, Los Ange­les, CA 90015.  Their tele­phone num­ber is (213) 406‑8042.

* The City reports the name as ODGLA while the state (below) says DDGLA.  To com­plain, please call (213) 473‑5901.

5.  The com­pany is reg­is­tered with the state as an LLC with the address above begin­ning on 12/​14/​2011.  Not sure what other com­pany name they pre­vi­ously oper­ated as the first calls we got regard­ing their appar­ent scams was early last year.  To com­plain, please call (916) 657‑5448.

6.  It would appear that the com­pany is also using the email address ddgla@​mail.​com.  To com­plain, please email abuse@​mail.​com
